1. What drives you? What is your true passion in life?

Providing for my family through world-class music and leaving a legacy for the next generation. Beyond that, I am driven by using my gift to raise awareness for social causes. My 72 Hours of Drumming campaign has already amplified voices around autism and xenophobia, turning rhythm into a call for compassion and unity.

2. How did you find your passion and how old were you?

I come from a musical family, and rhythm was always around me. I discovered my love for playing drums at the age of 4.

3. What about your passion appeals to you the most?

The way it touches people in different ways. Seeing huge crowds united, dancing to the same rhythm, is the most fulfilling feeling. And when that rhythm becomes a movement, like during my 72 Hours of Drumming campaign—it shows how music can heal, educate, and inspire change.

4. What drove you to make money from your passions?

When our breadwinner passed away, I had to step up and become the man of the house. Music became both my calling and my responsibility.

5. When was the first time you were paid for your passion?

At the age of 16.

6. What kept you going when you thought about giving up?

Reflecting on how far I’ve come. That journey itself kept me from giving up.

7. What motivates you every day to be even more successful?

Trusting God and knowing that everything is in His hands.

8. What do you have to say to all of the people who doubted you?

Favor isn’t fair. My name is written in Jesus Christ’s hands, and I wait on God, He is all that I have.

9. What advice do you give to aspiring creatives who look up to you?

Stay humble. Understand the blueprint of your field and never doubt yourself. Most of all, trust the process—everything is in God’s hands. And remember, your art can be more than entertainment; it can be a voice for change.
