Education Changemakers Cohort 3: Africa’s Next Wave of Learning Leaders


“Cohort 3 of the Education Changemakers Program is here, empowering young African leaders to transform classrooms, communities, and policy through leadership, mentorship, and innovation.


Across Africa, a new generation of educators and innovators is rewriting the story of learning. The Education Changemakers Program – Cohort 3, powered by the Trevor Noah Foundation and the Regional Leadership Center East Africa, invites passionate leaders aged 18–35 to join a transformative four‑week journey that blends leadership training, mentorship, and seed funding.

This initiative equips changemakers to:

  • Develop leadership and advocacy skills for education reform.
  • Access mentorship and coaching from experienced African leaders.
  • Receive seed grants to scale community impact.
  • Join a pan‑African alumni network driving education innovation.

Applications Open: 28 April – 13 May 2026
Program Dates: 20 July – 14 August 2026

No fees to apply or participate. Applicants from rural, refugee, and marginalized communities are encouraged to apply.
