Ubongo is inviting organizations and consultants to submit tenders for an Impact Evaluation of its Partnership Distribution Model, aimed at enhancing children’s STEM and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) outcomes.

• Establish baseline STEM and SEL outcomes
• Assess implementation fidelity and operational drivers

• A technical proposal and work plan (max 10 pages)
• Financial proposal with budget breakdown (USD)
• Two samples of relevant previous evaluation work
• CVs of key personnel (max 3 pages each)
• A reference from a previous client
