Elevate Africa 2025: Africa, The Next Chapter Begins in Gaborone

In a world eager to narrate Africa’s story from the outside, Elevate Africa returns with a powerful counterpoint: Africa will write its own next chapter. On October 30–31, 2025, the Royal Aria Convention Centre in Gaborone, Botswana will host a landmark convening of leaders, visionaries, and changemakers committed to reshaping the continent’s trajectory.

A Gathering of Sovereigns and Strategists

This year’s convening welcomes an extraordinary assembly:

  • His Royal Majesty Ogiame Atuwase III, CFR, the Olu of Warri
  • Her Royal Majesty Olori Atuwatse III
  • Her Excellency Dr. Ameenah Gurib-Fakim, former President of Mauritius
  • Her Excellency Dr. Joyce Banda, former President of Malawi
  • Hon. Representative Taa Wongbe, Dr. Martha Namundjebo, and many more

These are not just titles, they are torchbearers of a new African renaissance.

Africa Building Itself: Through Systems, Structure, and Shared Stability

Under the theme “Africa: The Next Chapter”, Elevate Africa positions itself not as a conference, but as a blueprint. It’s a space where homegrown solutions, indigenous knowledge, and systems thinking converge to reimagine governance, education, and economic growth.

The convening is a call to:

  • Reclaim Africa’s self-image
  • Build dignified, collaborative institutions
  • Activate youth, creatives, and policy architects

Why It Matters

Elevate Africa is more than a moment—it’s a movement. It affirms that the continent’s future must be shaped by those who live its realities, understand its heartbeat, and carry its ancestral wisdom. From Tanzania tp to Gaborone, this is a rallying cry for creatives, educators, and advocates to step into continental leadership.
